1. Agreement to these terms

By creating a CareSewa account or using the CareSewa app or web portal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. CareSewa is operated by Lacspace.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Your CareSewa account and Health ID belong to you at the platform level — no provider can create, freeze or delete it. You must be an adult to hold an account, and you may add dependents you are responsible for.

3. What CareSewa is — and is not

CareSewa helps you keep your health records, book appointments with providers you connect to, track your own vitals, and reach a community. CareSewa is a tool for organising your care. It does not provide medical care itself, does not employ the providers you connect to, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

4. Medical disclaimer

Always seek the advice of a qualified health professional for any medical concern, and never disregard or delay it because of something you read on CareSewa, including community answers. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately. Community answers — including those from verified clinicians — are general information, not a personal consultation.

5. Connecting providers

Connecting to a provider lets you share records and book with them, subject to your explicit sharing choices. The care you receive, and the records a provider keeps, are governed by your relationship with that provider, not by CareSewa. Bookings are confirmed by the provider’s own system.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other people’s data, or disrupt the platform.
• Do not post unlawful, harmful or misleading content in the community.
• Do not impersonate a clinician or misrepresent medical credentials.
• Use the service only for your own care and the dependents you are responsible for.

7. Plans and payments

A free account is available. Paid plans unlock additional services and are priced per market; the amount and any renewal terms are shown before you pay. You can manage or cancel a paid plan from your account.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we may modify, suspend or discontinue features. We may update these terms as the service evolves; when we make a material change we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CareSewa is provided on an “as is” basis, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
